Who we are
Collide Creatives is run by Josh Tristram and is responsible for the information described here. For anything about your data, email us or use the contact form at the bottom of this page.
What we collect
What you send us through the contact form or by email: your name, email address, website and message, plus the page you sent it from and any campaign tags in the link you followed. We also count visits to the site (pages viewed, the site you came from, country and device type). Those counts don't identify you.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to do the work. That's our legitimate interest in answering people who contact us, or a step towards a contract you've asked about. Visit counts show us which pages are useful. We don't sell your information, use it for advertising, or make automated decisions about you. You don't have to give us anything, but we can't reply without an email address.
Cookies
This site doesn't set cookies or track you across other sites.
Who else sees it
Only the providers who host the site, deliver our email and count visits, and only to provide those services. Some of them process data outside New Zealand, the UK and the EU. Where they do, it's covered by their data protection terms, including standard contractual clauses where required.
How long we keep it
As long as we need it to deal with your enquiry or the work, and to meet our legal and tax record-keeping obligations. Then we delete it.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, ask us to stop or limit using it, or ask for a copy. Just email us and we'll respond within 20 working days. If you're not happy with how we've handled it, you can complain to the Privacy Commissioner in New Zealand (privacy.org.nz), the ICO in the UK (ico.org.uk), or the data protection authority where you live in the EU.
Changes
We'll update this page if anything changes. Last updated October 2026.
